Welcome to Pierre Simone Shop. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.⁠ ⁠Products

All artworks sold on this website are original, signed, and dated oil on canvas works by Pierre Simone.

Each artwork will include a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and full provenance documentation.

Artworks are supplied unframed, rolled carefully in a protective tube for shipping.

2.⁠ ⁠Payment

Full payment is required at checkout for your order to be processed.

Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

3.⁠ ⁠Delivery

Artworks purchased will be dispatched by 30th September 2025.

Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination.

Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been shipped.

4.⁠ ⁠Refunds & Returns

We operate a 14-day refund policy from the date you receive your artwork.

To request a return, please email sales@pierresimone.shop
 quoting your order number.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including the COA and provenance documents.

Refunds will be processed once the artwork has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was damaged on arrival.

5.⁠ ⁠Intellectual Property

All artworks purchased are for personal enjoyment and collection purposes only.

Buyers are strictly prohibited from reproducing, copying, or making prints of the original artwork in any form, physical or digital.

Pierre Simone retains all copyright and reproduction rights for his artworks.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

By completing a purchase, you accept these terms in full.
