Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
• Email sales@pierresimone.shop with your order number to begin the process.
• Returned artworks must be in the same condition as received, including the COA and provenance documents.
• Refunds are issued once the returned artwork is received and inspected.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the artwork arrived damaged.

Shipping Policy

Dispatch Timeline
• All artworks purchased will be dispatched by 30th September 2025.

Delivery Time
• Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Packaging
• Artworks are shipped unframed and securely rolled in a protective tube to ensure safe delivery.
