1. Are the artworks original?
Yes. Every piece sold on Pierre Simone Shop is a hand-signed and dated oil on canvas original by Pierre Simone. No reproductions or prints are sold.

2. Do the artworks come with documentation?
Yes. Each artwork is shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) and provenance documentation confirming its originality and ownership history.

3. How will my artwork be shipped?
Artworks are shipped unframed, rolled carefully in a protective tube. This ensures safe transport and allows you to choose your own professional framing.

4. When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be dispatched by 30th September 2025. After dispatch, delivery takes 3–5 working days depending on your location.

5. Can I get my artwork framed before delivery?
At this time, all artworks are shipped rolled in a protective tube. We recommend using a professional framer to stretch and frame your artwork upon arrival.

6. What is your refund policy?
You may return your artwork within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The artwork must be in its original condition and include the COA and provenance documentation. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged.

7. Can I reproduce or print my artwork?
No. Buyers are not permitted to make prints, reproductions, or copies of the artwork in any form. Pierre Simone retains all copyright and reproduction rights.

8. How do I care for my artwork once it arrives?
We provide a Collector’s Care Guide with recommendations on handling, unrolling, framing, and long-term preservation. For any concerns, email sales@pierresimone.shop.
